“Simply the best training we’ve ever had”

Benefit from our cost-effective and flexible in-house courses

Organisations with a number of sites could benefit from our cost-effective and flexible in-house training solutions. In-house training is where one of our skilled trainers delivers specific and relevant courses exclusively for your staff at your own premises. This provides you with the opportunity to support ongoing staff development on topics of your choice, customised to meet your exact needs.

“By co-ordinating our training needs with a neighbouring hospital, we were able to bring the cost right down. Not only was it excellent value for money, it was the best training our staff had ever experienced.”

The most economical way to train large numbers of staff
If you have eight or more people to train, then our in-house courses will almost certainly cost less than sending your staff onto open courses individually. We charge a single base fee to cover all training provision, course materials and expenses.

“The best feedback we’ve ever had from course attendees.

The session was relevant, informative and practical.”

Make your training budget go further
Our in-house courses can allow training budgets to be further maximised by block-booking 12 months ahead. We can adapt and tailor programmes to meet your specific needs, and invoice you in any way that is convenient for your organisation’s accounting and administrative procedures.

“This course was very ‘hands-on’. I was able to use the new skills right away.”

Example: Paediatric critical care
A UK district general hospital asked us to design and deliver a paediatric critical care training module. We spent time with the client and carried out a training needs analysis from which we designed a three-day programme. The group was made up from a mix of registered nurses with varying qualifications from general wards and accident & emergency. After the training sessions we were contacted by the client who told us:

“Yesterday our staff were presented with a very sick child who needed immediate fluid resuscitation. An intraosseus was required.
The nurses knew exactly what to do and efficiently and expertly the child was resuscitated and prepared for transfer.”
